Use the QuickBooks File Doctor to fix certain types of:
- File and data corruption
- Windows setup problems
- Network setup problems (including H202 errors)

Using QB Enterprise Solutions 2011. One of our users has been requested every day for last 10 days by QB to change her password (it’s usually 90 days). This is a new and unusual problem! Any ideas?
Hello Debbie,
It’s a little technical, but Intuit has a fix for this. posted here: http://support.quickbooks.intuit.com/support/articles/SLN43043
Basically, you will be renaming the .TLG file, which will force QuickBooks to write a new one, without the error. If you attempt this, I strongly urge you to make a backup of your file first.
